3. Customer Eligibility
By purchasing from Elemental Aminos, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase these products and will use them only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Product Information

5. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before an order is processed for shipment. In the event an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund may be issued at Elemental Aminos’ decision in accordance with our policies.
6. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days when products are in stock. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Elemental Aminos LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and valid regulatory requirements, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact info@elementalaminos.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.
8. Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors
In the event of a verified Elemental Aminos fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify Elemental Aminos within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
9. Required Documentation
All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:
- A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
- Photos of the exterior packaging, photos of the package contents, photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.
10. Resolution
Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by Elemental Aminos LLC, we may, at our sole discretion, send out a replacement of the affected items.
Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.
11. Limitation of Liability
Elemental Aminos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of any products.
12. Intellectual Property
