Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@elementalaminos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Elemental Aminos LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
