Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors
In the event of a verified Elemental Aminos fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify Elemental Aminos within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date. Please provide photographic evidence of the sealed product.
Photos of the exterior packaging, photos of the package contents, photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order.
